Lazyboy??

What is my deal.  I did 15 mins of Yoga and called it for the night.  I just wasn't in the mood for some reason.  I won't even count this as a workout.  I'll do the whole thing next time. :)

Arms

Did some shoulders and arms. I'm a wimp tonight.. Just did 30 mins of it. I swear I'll build up to the whole thing.. Tomorrow is yoga. yippy.. I love it.. I have trouble building my arms because they're pretty long.. I'll just have to keep at this stuff..

Plyometrics


Owwwwwwww.. I could only get through half of it.. My legs are kicking my arse.  I'm beat.. I'm a bit out of shape but that's changing.  Life is changing for the better in fact.. I've watched What about Bob 20 times in the last week.. :)

Chest and Back

Just did chest and back but had to do a very light version of it.. Just getting back into it.  Plus I drank some Wheatgrass today and didn't want to see it come back up ;) Linda Blair comes to mind.  Anyhow I took it easy but I got through it.  No Ab Ripper X though.  I have a new way of working out.  I put P90X on my laptop and then watch a movie on my home TV.  Time just flys by.

Okay, Here we go again!!!

I've started and stopped a few times now but I have to kick my butt back into shape here.  I'm kickin a little Chest and Abs today.. I'll write back to let you know how it goes..  This blog stuff is fun.. Oh, and had a shot of Wheatgrass today.. My mind is still buzzing from it..
